The Delaware Contemporary is a dynamic gathering place for the exploration of new ideas at the intersection of art, design, and technology, providing access to the artistic process that inspires us to infuse creativity into our daily lives. The DCCA presents nearly 30 compelling exhibitions annually of regionally, nationally, and internationally recognized artists, as well as innovative arts education through on-site classes, summer camps, and partnerships with community groups and schools.

The Delaware Contemporary hosts 26 on-site artists studios. Studio artists' work is exhibited in the Elizabeth Denison Hatch Gallery. A committee reviews studio applications on a regular basis. To apply for open studio space please submit an artist statement, CV, and up to 10 images. Applicants who are approved will be notified via email.
